My Tryfan Speedrun 2021 | Up North Ridge, Down West Gully

After leading a couple of guys in Snowdonia for two days I had a bit of energy left, so before driving home I decided to see how quickly I could get up Tryfan (my last speedrun up there was in 2017 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Wx6kCuOyBY).

I also took the opportunity to descend via West Gully which I'd never actually done before. The next time I'm doing the Welsh 3000s I'll definitely come down that way again as it shaves off a ton of time compared to other routes!

If you ever feel like you need an hour or so of gentle cardio exercise to perk you up a bit then I can recommend storming up and down Tryfan on a sunny afternoon. Maybe don't do it if you've got dodgy knees though.
