British Rail-BRWC 104 DMUs+classes 37, 47, 56 & 59 at Woodgrange Park, August 1988

Some shots from what was a quiet backwater station in the East End of London. Woodgrange Park is one station out from Barking on the Barking to Gospel Oak route. It is the way freight trains leave the Tilbury line route for either Stratford or the North London line via South Tottenham. Quite a variety of freight passed by along with the half hourly DMU service, at the time in the hands of BRWC class 104 units mostly still in BR blue. When they first appeared in 1985 they still had their AY-Ayr shed code stickers on them! If you liked the video please subscribe to my channel, there are lots more transport & quirky vids to upload!
