'The Chew Valley Bell' - Glamping at Greenacres

Set on our small family farm in the beautiful Chew Valley, with the rolling Mendip Hills in the back ground, sits our six metre ultimate bell tent, complementing our established camping and caravanning site.

The bell tent offers all your homely creature comforts under canvas; including rustic wooden framed double bed, a two seater futon, tea light chandelier + various lanterns and twin burner gas cooker for your cooking needs. You will also have a full blanket box of cushions and blankets to keep you warm on those chilliest of nights, a cool box, basic cooking utensils’, table and chairs, virtually everything you will need for your Glamping experience.

Just a very short walk away is your toilet and shower facilities with washing up and fridge/freezer facilities for your unforgettable stay at Greenacres. There is also a power point in the utility area for charging phones.

For those with young children, there is an outdoor play area with swings and a slide.

In the local area there is a pub within a very short walking distance and a village shop within 2 miles that has almost everything you will need for your stay. Our own free range, fresh laid eggs are available upon request.

There is a cycle path and scenic walks around the nearby Chew Valley Lake; this is an ideal location for the keen fisherman. We are also on the edge of the Mendip Hills ANOB with miles of country and woodland walks, as well as being near to both Wookey Hole and Cheddar Gorge Caves.

Under NO circumstances are candles, bbq or any naked flames allowed inside of the bell tent. All tea lights are solar / battery operated. An awning is provided to cover your cooking and seating area.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed.

• From £65.00 per night based on 4 people sharing

• Minimum 2 night stay (3 night stay on bank holidays)

• Fifth person at an additional cost

• Welcome food hamper (available on request) at an extra cost
