San Marino - is this a Country?

We went to visit San Marino, the 3rd smallest country in Europe. You come here to shop and have a lunch while enjoying the beautiful mountain top views. You can almost see the Adriatic coast. It doesn't seem like another country but a great place to visit. Sadly, we just learned that COVID-19 is rapirdly spreading there too. We left just in time.
