CiB Let's Try - TimeCop (SNES)

TimeCop was released as a SNES exclusive in April, 1995 -- it was based on the 1994 movie of the same name that starred Jean-Claude VanDamme.

TimeCop was developed by Cryto Interactive Entertainment, who usually worked on PC games, though they did make Dracula: Crazy Vampire for Game Boy Color. It was published by JVC Entertainment, which still exists to this day, though not as a video game company.

Lastly, TimeCop was directed by David Cage -- yes, that David Cage, of Heavy Rain / Indigo Prophecy fame. Neat!

I truly expected TimeCop to be a 1/10 awful experience, but there are some things about it that makes it bearable -- every other enemy drops life, and your health bar is pretty large. The controls are okay, and the first few levels are easy enough. Overall, it just ends up being a boring game with huge, sprawling, maze-like levels that just aren't interesting enough. You can probably safely skip this one. Thanks for watching!
