Broken Vitamix container but EXCELLENT customer service

Just a follow up on this. I reached out to vitamix and accidental breakage is not covered under warranty, however they agreed to give me a courtesy one time replacement and thanked me for my honesty. I couldn't be happier, even if they had not covered it I wouldn't have been upset but this was above and beyond. Great products and great customer service. We use our blender daily and have owned it for about six years.
