Eli Cohen: The secret agent who died for Israel

In 1965, Eli Cohen, an Egyptian-born Jew, was hanged in a public square in Damascus, Syria. The intelligence he managed to gather, posing as a Syrian businessman, is said to have been instrumental in helping Israel win the Six-Day War in 1967. To this date, Eli Cohen's body remains in Syria. But his wristwatch that he had with him was recently retrieved in a special operation. This is his story.
