How to Truss and Cook Rotisserie Chicken in an Air Fryer

Give this method a try and see how well it works! Nothing better than a rotisserie chicken!
Dry Brine in refrigerator coated with 1-2 Tablespoons salt for 4-24 hours before cooking.
Cook 3.5 pound bird at 400 F. for 45-55 minutes to an internal temperature of 165 F.
Seasoning:
1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Black Pepper to taste
