20 min UPPER BODY WORKOUT - [Back, Arms, Shoulders & Chest] (No Equipment)

I have decided to show you some exercises for upper body that you can do with no equipment at home, just using your body weight. This workout consists of full upper body exercises and targets all back, arms, shoulders and chest.
Yes lifting weights such as dumbbells is good and emphasising on increasing tension and intensity on an exercise while performing is very important. However, you may have no equipment at home at all or you may not be a very strong person or you may have started working out only recently. Therefore, it is still possible to improve your physique and get most out of each exercise by using only your body weights.
Upper Body Workouts for arms, back, shoulders & chest are rare to find & that has a good reason. It's super hard to train them effectively with no equipment. I think this workout would help you achieve this as I have managed to combine good sets of exercises with no equipment to feel the burn and also burn calories too without feeling the need of doing 20K push ups, sit ups.
The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 45s for each exercise and only 15s rest in between. If you need a break - TAKE IT! Don't worry too much about that. You will improve over time :) that's the best feeling!
Everyone's fitness level is different therefore each person's feeling for the amount of rest varies.
I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles.

I highly recommend warming up prior to the workout. I have warmed up for 45seconds to 1 minutes (this really depends on your fitness levels, if you are a beginner I would suggest warm up more)
