Hope 6 Year Old Huck Plyler Honored by Congressman Bruce Westerman

Congressman Bruce Westerman (AR-04) took to the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives on Wednesday (July 26) to honor Huck Plyler of Hope. Huck, the 6-year-old son of Caleb and Brianna Plyler, started what is now known as “Huck’s Military Care Package Project.” To date, Huck’s project has provided more than 50 care packages to Arkansas National Guard troops deployed to the Horn of Africa.
