Watching a Skilled "Cake Decoration Master" in action in the Kitchen at Mr Bake Cake shop in Bardoli

Whilst staying in Bardoli Town we came across Mr. Bake live bakery shop; the name alone tempted us and we could not resist taking a look inside to see what they were doing.

The skilful Master Baker here makes the whole cake decoration process look so very easy, but that's because he's had many years of practice in doing this job.

A special thank you to Vikrant Dalvi and his colleagues who very much welcomed me and graciously allowed me a privileged glimpse into their "kitchen" to do the videoing.
