While there might be an obvious “best” network for a given neighborhood, us frequent travelers have a harder choice to make. There simply is no single best network everywhere nationwide. All of the big four have their strengths and weaknesses in various locations across the country, and sometimes regional and local carriers beat out the national carriers in a particular location.
As a frequent traveler, you need to consider what carrier - or combination of carriers - will give you coverage in the places you want to roam. This article is an overview of the strengths and weaknesses of the four major carriers in the US as they relate to mobile internet for a RVing lifestyle - Verizon, AT&T, Sprint & T-Mobile.
