Street Fighter V - Gootecks explains how to practice your neutral/footsie game

During his ExtraLife 4 Kids stream for Reddit, Cross Counter TV's Gootecks explains the basics of Street Fighter's neutral game or FOOTSIES. Learning how to effectively anti air and counter poke your opponent so you can take charge of the round. He uses Urien in his example, but a majority of the concepts he mentions are universal and can be used for any character or applied to other versions of Street Fighter.
