In the clip, the father can be seen getting his child into a seat with some other bags. And goes out to have a cigarette without caring that the train was about to depart.

Ignoring the baby, he starts looking around the seats before making his way to the end of the train.

There are two other men in the carriage as the father gets himself sorted with a ciggy. One of them is a young male who showed acted quickly to alarm the train driver.
