Pan De Ube and Pan De Pula Bread Recipe

The Pan de Ube and Pan de Pula are common baked goods you'll see next to each other in Filipino bakeries. They share the same sweet dough recipe and method. The only difference? The Pan de Pula uses a red filling I recently shared here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3RfUo8t3Mo, while the Pan de Ube uses this Ube Halaya (jam) filling I shared here: https://youtu.be/roDn1Edz0A0.

This is one of my favorite baked goods in the Philippines and one that I miss! So I was so happy to have made a recipe that tasted like the real thing. Hope you enjoy it. And as always, please ASK if you need clarifications or help with the recipe!
