配方:
溫水300毫升
速發乾酵母4克（1茶匙)
中筋麵粉或通用麵粉500克(3.6 杯）

酸菜（酸薺菜）300克
植物油15毫升(1湯匙)
郫縣豆瓣醬1湯匙
雞肉500克
涼水80毫升
生抽15毫升（1湯匙）
白胡椒0.5克（1/4 茶匙）
蠔油15毫升（1湯匙）
鹽7-8克（1.5 茶匙）
芝麻油15毫升（1湯匙）
配方:

Ingredients:

Warm water 300 ml

Pickled sour mustard 300 g
Vegetable oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)

Chicken 500 g
Cold water 80 ml
Regular soy sauce 15 ml (1 tbsp)
