Food, Climate Change and Hunger: Safeguarding the Future | Bishow Parajuli | TEDxGateway

Despite the advancements in the food industry and the world, there are still 690 million people across the world who go to bed hungry.

Having witnessed the Green Revolution first-hand as a student of Agricultural Sciences in Punjab, Bishow Parajuli sees a sufficient deficiency of a balanced nutritional meal.

Parajuli urges people to share a meal and to eat locally sourced and produced foods to reduce carbon footprint. Furthermore, he shares insights as to how one can consciously take small steps to reduce carbon footprint.
