I paid $99.99 for this beach tent and I also paid another $10 for the extendable floor. I'll show you how the $10 is well worth the extra 10 bucks. The Pacific Breeze Beach Tent Deluxe XL is 95 inches long, 52 inches high and 51 inches deep. These dimensions are roomy enough for two to three adults, a couple of kids and a midsize domestic pet.

For thirty dollars less (about $69.99) Pacific Breeze offers a beach tent with slightly smaller dimensions and one less mesh window.

The Pacific Breeze Easy Setup Beach Tent Deluxe XL packs down to 38 inches long and six inches wide and weighs just 6 ponds. So yes, this beach tent is very light weight! I carried this tent around for about a mile one day and it was simply a breeze. As I write this, I have the carry bag hanging in my beach gear guy shed and it takes up very little space.

The tent is made of a polyester material that offers UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) 50+ sun protection. It is also water repellent, but I didn't test this benefit in this video.

When I tested this Pacific Breeze Beach Tent on a windy day, I completely filled the five sand pockets which are attached to the outer base of the tent. The sand pockets kept the beach tent from blowing away into the ocean (always a plus) and the fiberglass frame maintained the structural integrity of the tent with minimal movement. For other beach tents and sun shelter, I sometimes need to place additional gallon size freezer bags filled with sand to keep the tent from blowing away. The sand pockets attached to the Pacific Breeze beach tent worked just fine.

The Pacific Breeze Beach Tent includes four yellow plastic stakes, which may be useful when enjoying this tent on a lawn, but the sand bags really worked great at the beach.

Since producing and posting this review video on Youtube, I've used my Pacific Breeze Easy Setup Beach Tent Deluxe XL with the extendable floor, about five more times, and it worked well each time. Fellow beach goers are always impressed at how easy and fast it is for me to set it up.

Overall, I love my Pacific Breeze Easy Setup Beach Tent Deluxe. I've used this beach tent several times during the 2019 summer and I'm sure I'll be setting it up several more times during the summer of 2020.
