Michele Forman: Haddin Lecture on Chris Marker

Michele Forman is a documentary filmmaker and Director of Media Studies in UAB's History Department. The lecture addresses the "politics of looking" in Chris Marker's film "Sans Soleil." She speaks about the mysterious French filmmaker and analyzes the imagery and story of the film.

The Theodore Haddin Arts and Sciences Forum is an ongoing lecture series at UAB's College of Arts and Sciences. The forum is a venue for Arts and Sciences faculty to talk about their research with their colleagues, students, and members of the public, and is designed to celebrate CAS faculty work and to launch new conversations.
