Our sedentary lifestyles may lead to lower cross syndrome (pelvic crossed syndrome/distal crossed syndrome.) A condition in which the abdominals and glutes have become dysfunctional, weak, and inhibited. On the other hand, the hip flexors and lower spinal extensors have become tight and facilitated. Over time, this may lead to permanent dysfunction and spinal degeneration. Add this technique for prevention.
