HUGE Organ Crescendo | Hauptwerk - Nancy Cathedral Organ

When you have so many organ stops to choose from, it's always fun to try out a HUGE crescendo - from the quietest flute sounds all the way to FULL ORGAN! The Grabowski Sample Set from Nancy Cathedral is an amazing instrument with so many different tonal colours. This is my improvised demonstration showing you how I would create a crescendo effect.

For those who want to know, the melody is a simple pentatonic tune in D-Flat major - one of my favourite keys!

In a future video, I will go on to explain why I chose this order of stops for my crescendo and how you can recreate this sound on any organ (assuming it's big enough!)
