Black-and-white colobus monkeys (Colobus guereza) can frequently be observed coming to the ground and supplement their diet by eating soil. This group is living near by the "Isecheno forest rest house". The rest house is located in the forest near by the Isecheno forest station in the Southern part of the reserve.
