How to Use Text To Speech Software in 2021 for YouTube Videos | Full Guide

In this video, I will show you how to use free text to speech software for making youtube videos in 2021. We will be using IBM Watson. I will show you how to signup and create an account so you can officially use this software for making your own youtube videos. If you currently have challenges doing voice-over because of not having the proper equipment or because English is not your primary language then this video is perfect for you.

In this video, I will go over the IBM Watson and show you how to turn text into speech using this. You can easily use text to speech for making your own youtube videos.

Basic Instructions
1. Create IBM Cloud Account
Link: https://cloud.ibm.com/
2. Select Text-To-Speech in IBM Cloud
3. Get API and URL after you are done signing up
4. Head over to Google Colab where I have already written the Python Code.

5. First install the IBM Watson Libraries & Add your API and URL and run the code.
6. Modify the inputTXT value with your text and run the code. The audio file will download.
