I warned Falicon that they would be tagged for their bad quality and service they performed. They didn't seem to mind so here it is. A crank was sent to them for a rod bearing that lightly spun on a stock 1000RR crank. It was sent in for a $125 evaluation and two weeks later I was contacted saying it was done. I was charged $459 for a rod bearing repair that I didn't approve of. I needed the crank so I paid it and built the engine. Little did I know they warped the crank from the repair. A 100 miles later all the crank bearings were shot. A local machine shop verified the line bore true but the crank to have excessive run out. Falicon said they would warranty the work so it was sent back. They ended up charging me $256 for the “warranty” repair and sent it back with the same amount of run out that it went in with. They were contacted immediately but refused a refund. They said the engine was built incorrectly, the machinist I hired couldn't validate run out, and to run it in the engine even though it didn’t meet OEM spec. This is unacceptable service.
