Graduated Undercut and why💡

Stacking an undercut is going to create two things. It will remove bulk while still creating shape and movement to the hair cut. It’s like a textured bob living on top of a graduated bob.

Shaving the underneath is amazing for extremely dense hair because it allows the hairline to sit close to the neck, but on medium densities, stacking it keeps volume and movement.

I typically wouldn’t do either technique on finer or less density clients.
