Do These Exercises Every Single Day is a 4 minute flexibility workout designed to improve split flexibility, stretch tight hamstrings and open hips using effective daily stretching exercises for deeper splits and better mobility. This video is part of my author’s yoga, stretching and gymnastics lesson series focused on flexibility progress, safer stretching and body control.

This daily split routine combines hamstring stretches, hip opening exercises and deep leg flexibility training to help improve split depth naturally while increasing mobility and flexibility over time. Perfect for beginners and intermediate flexibility training at home.
