Episode 2: Integrated Design & House Lift | 1908 to Net-Zero

1908 to Net-Zero is the (re)construction of a 117-year-old character house to three Net-Zero dwellings in the heart of Mount Pleasant, Vancouver. The sustainable project by Deep Green Developments uses innovative materials and leading practices in low carbon construction to reach Canadian Home Builders’ Association Net-Zero standards and reduce embodied carbon. The project is designed to reach 45% less than the typical new construction CO2e/m2 baseline.
