One Morning in Kathmandu

Shot on 16mm film and using sound gathered on an early morning walk in November of 2018, "One Morning in Kathmandu" gives a glimpse into life in Nepal.

The film also features the sound of a madal and sarangi, two traditional instruments essential in Nepalese folk music.

"One Morning in Kathmandu" was shot in the neighborhood surrounding Patan Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the last two shots are from Kwa Bahal, the Golden Temple.
