Over the past few years there has been increasing interest in art journaling. There have been a variety of avenues for sharing these journals. Since suziblu started to teach about journaling on her videos, there has been an even greater response, I believe, to this art form, to this healing art.
Through this video I want to share some of my journal pages and to show how I have, in a huge way, found healing.
