Age of Wonders 3 invulnerable hero

Age of Wonders 3 (user made Wasteland campaign). My hero warlord has a skill of 20% physical resistance, I found a shield with 20% physical
resistance and rogue casts shadow form which gives another 60% physical resistance. So for the Nomads (a new race in the Wastelands campaign),
whose attacks are almost all physical, my hero is invulnerable.
