The DHHS Bureau of Housing Supports has developed a five-part training series on the Coordinated Entry System, geared toward stakeholders charged with planning and implementing strategies to end homelessness in New Hampshire. The NH Continua of Care and Coordinated Entry System are requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for all communities receiving HUD funding, organizing HUD-funded resources to serve individuals and families most in need of housing supports.
