Chrome Powder on Gel Polish | 2 Different Ways

Chrome powder is fun but it is messy! In this video, aside from get myself covered in chrome... I will show you 2 different ways that you can use this magical powdery goodness. Spoiler alert, one is over no wipe topcoat and one is over gel polish. The difference is incredible as you can probably see in the thumbnail.
