Luke believes Twilio stock's recent weakness had more to do with just the slightest of wrinkles in its earnings guidance. Consider that TWLO stock has surged this year, up in the triple digits, making it an easy target for sellers should the bull case take any hits.

But the fundamentals remain intact, says Luke. The "wrinkle" in Twilio stock is due to a weak Q4 guide ... but that just jibes with Twilio management's motif of under-promising and overdelivering ...

That said, expect Twilio stock to skyrocket when it reports Q4 actuals.
