How to wrap an award paddle or handle with Paracord

This paddle was prepared with a Paracord handle wrap as an award. I will explain (or at least try to) the steps needed to complete this wrap and all the tool/supplies needed. If you are making this for an award, you can complete 10 of these for about an average of $23.00 each.
