APG - Punch A Perfect Bordered Frame

This is a tutorial that shows you how to make a symmetrical border that meets and matches on the edges. Some border punches do not have an matching punch for the corner, so I show you how to do it with most single element repeat border punches. You'll mark four lines and begin punching in one corner. It's really easy!
