Houston surgeon trains for his 18th Ironman at age 79

It was a routine checkup for a life insurance policy that changed Dr. Abdel Fustok's life. A high blood pressure reading motivated him to change his life one step at a time.
A run in the park led to a marathon, then an ultra marathon, and in 2004, Dr. Abdel Fustok became Ironman. Well, not the superhero, but it's hard to argue he doesn't have superpowers at age 79.
