My husband and I just purchased a 150-year-old mansion! Here is the initial walkthrough the morning after we closed and me rambling because I'm so darn excited.

There's lots of work to be done but she's totally liveable now and the perfect canvas for a masterpiece! I'm so excited to document this journey. We are renovating, NOT restoring.
