Eat Food, Not Too Much Mostly Plants

After reading "In Defense of Food" by Michael Pollan this week, I was inspired by his simple, big picture take on how to maintain optimal health without needing to think too much or be a freaking scientist or nutrition researcher. The mantra of "eat food, not too much and mostly plants" is as coherent a statement of how to eat in this confusing world of "nutritionism" as I've heard. This episode of Paul's Prattles dives into the meaning of this phrase and how we can implement it.
