Indonesian Street food Martabak made it to Philly! Was it worth it?

Martabak OK located at 1801 Washington Ave in Philly specializes in Martabak which is a street food that could be found all over Indonesia. There’s 2 menus which consists of a sweet and savory Martabak. The base of a sweet martabak is a pancake like batter which is made in a cast-iron pan and once done they put it to the side to rest. After a minute of resting they spread butter to give it moisture and start layering it with your favorite toppings. The traditional martabak is Nutella, White cheddar cheese and condensed milk. The flavor was out of this world! The red velvet martabak was to die for as well. Now the savory side is a little different. Savory martabak is deep fried with a egg filling served with a sweet spicy dip. This would definitely leave you fulfilled because it’s an actual meal. All martabak is cut up into small servings so this is a hit if you’re looking for a sweet treat or a appetizer. We highly recommend this place!
