55TpH Bio-pellet Wood Production Line

This line consist of processing raw material (in the video using Albasia Falcata) to be a pellets. The sections were divided into:
* Debarking the logs,
* Crush the material into wood chip size,
* Grinding the wood chip into sawdust (wet and fine),
* Drying the wet sawdust,
* Pelletizing the already dried sawdust material,
* Cooled the output pellet result,
* Bagged the pellets

Each section was designed carefully to achieve the optimum result while also ensuring the intended capacity is reached.

This project marks our first step in a journey to be a yet another noteworthy biomass machinery supplier.
