RZR 900S Leaky Shock Reservoir Repair

This video shows how to repair a leaky shock reservoir. The particular machine we are working on is a RZR 900S, however this will apply to any machine with the Fox Podium shocks with the flat cap. This is a super easy fix that we would recommend you doing even if your reservoirs aren't leaking yet, because odds are they will eventually.

The parts you need are "Fox Shock Podium 1/8" High Pressure Nitrogen Schrader Valve" as well as an 11/32 Drill bit and a 1/8-27 NPT tap.

You can find these on eBay for around $15 for a pair of valves, so $30 to do all 4 just copy and paste the above part description.
