It's been a long time since I uploaded a new video. Today, I will share to you my experience on getting some cassava roots and show you many different ways on how to cook it. Not to mention, since I was in the elementary grades I already know how to cook some recipes using cassava. I learned from my mother.
In our country, Philippines, we call it "kamoteng kahoy". It is very rich in carbohydrates that is why it is perfect for a hearty meal. Enjoy the video, and appreciate the countryside life!
