Today i am going to share a very famous and unique matka biryani recipe.
Matka Biryani is very unique and new item in market, its way of cook is a bit different then other biryanis. We also call it kuja biryani.
We cook biryani korma and rice separately and then put layer by layer in Matka and cover the matka with aluminum foil the Dam it for 4 to 5 min. after the whole process our matka biryani is ready to open and serve.
