Youth Action Challenge S3E72: Pitch/Q&A; The HeartBid+ Project
The HeartBid+ Project aims to empower senior citizens to share their knowledge and skills with the youth of Singapore. They believe this will address elements of loneliness and the widening generational gap among the residents of Singapore.
Through HeartBid’s marketplace, interested parties can bid on skills, stories, and experiences offered by senior citizens. Senior citizens can then choose to either dedicate the funds ‘earned’ from their offerings to a particular charity or nonprofit organisation, with a portion absorbed for operations of the platform.
