The brake calipers have to be thoroughly cleaned with a wire brush, brake cleaner and a rag. Much more than in the video. If you have a compressor, use it to blow away the dust. When the calipers are free of grease and dust, you can start painting. Three to four layers should be enough. Wait 15 - 30 min after each layer before you start with the next (for the little calipers at the back 15 min are enough and the big ones at the front need much more time).
