Prenatal METCON = Metabolic Conditioning for Pregnancy Workout
METCON = Metabolic Conditioning is a challenging workout for pregnant women. You'll be alternating between compound movement resistance training and body weight cardio bursts. Increase fat burn and improve your metabolism during first trimester, second trimester and third trimester of pregnancy.
This at home prenatal workout is safe for 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
