非常香酥的[果酱切饼] Fruit Jam Cookies

果酱切块饼干

50g 熟杏仁
140g 无盐黄油 可用微波炉加热20秒软化
80g 糖
1 小匙香草精
200g 低筋面粉
捏一点盐

适量果酱
[我用草莓果酱和柠檬酱(凝乳)]

一点白巧克力,融化后挤在饼干表面。

烤熟的杏仁打碎尽量接近粉状备用,
软化的黄油加入大碗中加入糖打发,再加如香草精打匀。
过筛加入面粉和盐,
拌抓成团后,分成2份。整成长条状,中间用擀面杖压凹陷
冷藏1小时后取出,填入喜欢的果酱。

烤箱预热好170C烤20--25分钟 至熟透 饼干部分上色微微金黄,放凉后挤上融化的白巧克力即可。

140g unsalted butter can be heated in the microwave for 20 seconds to soften
80g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
200g low-gluten flour
Pinch a little salt

A bit of white chocolate, melted and squeezed onto the surface of the biscuit.
The roasted almonds are crushed as close to powder as possible and set aside.
Add the softened butter to a large bowl, add sugar and beat, then add vanilla extract and beat well.
Sift and add flour and salt,
After mixing into a dough, divide into 2 portions. The whole length is a strip, and the middle is dented with a rolling pin
Refrigerate for 1 hour, take it out, and fill in your favorite jam.

Preheat the oven at 170C/340F and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked. The biscuits are slightly golden in color. After cooling, squeeze the melted white chocolate.
