(Part 2) Visual Studio WinForm Windows Calculator Tutorial Example (C#)

This is a continuation of the first Windows Calculator tutorial that tightens the screws in a few ares to make the application more closely resemble the actual Windows calculator. It includes using KeyPress events, defining the size of the window, allowing for running calculations (without pressing equal), and cleaning up a few other minor issues.
