Woman found dead inside apartment after shooting in Hazelwood neighborhood

Officers found a woman dead inside an apartment after a shooting Thursday night in Southeast Portland's Hazelwood neighborhood. Police responded to a report of shots fired just after 10 p.m. on Southeast 146th Avenue near East Burnside Street. Officers so far have not made any arrests.
