Satina- In the Flow Episode 8: Practicing with Lefty- Hula Hoop

I'm still recovering from a torn tendon and am limited to the use of only my non-dominant hand BUT I've been getting in some great practice on my left side. Here's a practice clip from the last time I visited Heart of Illinois Hoopers at the Limelight Eventplex in Peoria, IL showing a bit of that lefty work. Though it's not perfect, I'm feeling good about how much cleaner my left-hand flow is getting at least.
